Lodge (Full Week - 5 Nights): Cost includes lodging, 15 meals, speakers, access to activities, pool, and enjoyment of our 220-acre campus.
Lodge (Mini Week - 2 to 4 Nights): Cost includes lodging, meals (dinner the day you arrive through lunch the day you depart), speakers, access to activities, pool, and enjoyment of our 220-acre campus.
Log Cabin (Any Stay Duration): Cost includes lodging, only Thursday's banquet, speakers, access to activities, pool, and enjoyment of our 220-acre campus.
Tent Site or RV Site (Any Stay Duration): Cost includes speakers, access to activities, pool, and enjoyment of our 220-acre campus.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but if you cancel before April 1, 2026, all other payments will be refunded. After April 1st, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you are free to transfer your reservation to someone else at no charge.
