    As a retreat planner, you know what an advantage it is to have your group meet, eat, and spend the night without once having to get in a car. When everything is just right down the hall, you can spend more time together on what really matters! Our all-inclusive package pricing keeps things simple, and our staff is on a mission to serve you. Add in a few sunsets across the water, and you will see why so many groups come back to Sandy Cove year after year.

    Here's an overview of our booking process.


    1. Fill out our interest form

    By filling out this form, we'll get the information we need to get the ball rolling. You'll have an opportunity to tell us a little about your group, event type, potential event dates, and estimated size.

    2. Talk with a Group Consultant

    Once you've submitted our Interest Form, a Group Consultant will review it and contact you. Get your list of questions ready and they will be happy to answer them. Also, be prepared with as much information about your event as possible so that the Group Consultant can efficiently and effectively assist you and provide you with a quote.

    3. Schedule your site visit

    If you're a group leader or event planner considering Sandy Cove as an event venue, it's important that you see and experience Sandy Cove firsthand. If you have never been to Sandy Cove, your overnight site visit is FREE! Take a tour, meet the staff, enjoy a delicious breakfast in our dining room, and soak in the beauty of our waterfront campus. During your official tour, we'll show you our meeting rooms, and answer all your questions. We'll help you determine if our unique venue is the best fit for your event. We're confident that your stay with us will be helpful and that you'll leave with all the information you need to make an educated decision.

    4. Sign your contract and make a deposit

    When you sign a contract with us, it secures your lodging, meals and meeting space for the duration of your event at Sandy Cove. We can contract groups that have at least 30 guests and offer them our package rates and group benefits at any time.

    Your Group Consultant will work with you on your contract, which includes your payment plan, with an initial 10% deposit to get you started. We accept e-check, organizational checks, and credit cards.

    5. Get ready for your event

    After your event is booked, you'll be assigned an Event Coordinator who will reach out to you 6 weeks before your event. Your Event Coordinator will assist you with all the details leading up to your group's arrival and will also be ready to assist you during the duration of your event, making sure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

    Many groups realize the benefits of joining in on one of our women's, men's, couples, or family events. Besides letting us do the heavy lifting of planning and hosting, which leaves them free to focus on connecting with God and each other, these groups of 10 to 40 to 90 enjoy great speakers, fantastic music, and other things they would not be able to access otherwise.
