Our goal at Sandy Cove is to serve from farm to the table as much as possible! Farm fresh local produce is served spring and summer and fall…almost year round! Executive Chef Woody Carter visits local farmers and auctions to purchase and guarantee the freshest produce available! Many items come chemical and herbicide free and are picked same day. Provision through the local markets is a blessing to the farmers, Sandy Cove and our guests!
Sandy Cove offers all inclusive packages which include buffet style meals in the Water’s Edge Dining Room. Our Dining Room serves chef’s choice entrees. At breakfast, you can expect fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and oatmeal in addition to the hot buffet bar. Lunch and dinner include a full salad bar featuring many of the farm to table items and dessert. Coffees, water and juices are available for all meals. Unsweetened iced tea is served at lunch and dinner. Your group will be seated together in tables of 8-10.

Guests may only prepare their own food if they are campground guests. There are no other facilities for food preparation. Health codes prohibit bringing your own food into the conference center to cook. There are snacks available for purchase at the front desk.
