8:00 AM - Welcome & Light Breakfast
Arrive to check in, enjoy coffee and breakfast, and connect with fellow ministry leaders.
8:30 AM - Morning Session
Opening presentations and facilitated peer discussions focusing on shared experiences, community needs, and ministry insights.
Midday - Fellowship Lunch
Complimentary lunch and informal table fellowship.
Afternoon - Afternoon Session
Cohort conversation, practical strategy sharing, and collaborative ministry planning.
2:30 PM - Wrap-Up & Dismissal
Closing reflections, next steps, and departure.
