NEW SUMMER STAFF APPLICANTS

We are looking for awesome summer staffers who... 

  • have a growing relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ and a desire to serve God and others this summer. 
  • are at least 16 years of age by the time training begins.
  • can work from June 12th - August 4 for Family Camp or June 12 - August 18 for The Marsh Day Camp.

If you meet the above qualifications then continue on to these 4 easy steps.

  1. Click on the job descriptions that interest you to see the position qualifications. You will be asked to list your first three choices on your application, so take note of your top choices.

  2. References:  The New Summer Staff Application requires 2 references from adults (over 21) who are not family members.  You will be asked to include their names and email addresses on your application.  They will automatically receive an email requesting them to complete our online reference form. 

    IMPORTANT:  If you are applying for a Student Ministry position, please be sure that the adults you ask for references have observed you serving children and/or youth.

Boat Driver

Boat Driver performs orientations for participants; enforces safe boating practices; operates the boat to provide skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, tubing, and wavecutting experiences for our guests; responds to waterfront emergencies as necessary; assists Marina Manager, as needed. See Detailed Job Description

10th Hole Snack Shop Manager 

10th Hole Manager supervise the operations the 10th Hole Snack Shop including training employees in proper food handling techniques, operation of equipment, portion control, customer service, cash register operation, and stocking; ensure health & safety compliance; anticipate and maintain adequate supplies; contacting vendors; handle cash deposits. See Detailed Job Description

 
Dining Room Supervisor

Dining Room Supervisor monitors the Dining Room and ensures that Wait Staff are completing responsibilities efficiently and accurately; meets with staff prior to meal to lead devotion and/or pray together; assign shift duties and stations to Wait Staff; oversee menu board, tables settings and food availability; ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed among other duties. Kitchen Rounds

Kitchen Rounds assists Food Service staff in the preparation, presentation and clean-up of guest and staff meals; stocks delivered items, rotates inventory and stock for the department; cleans refrigerators and equipment weekly; cleans pots, pans and dishes; disposes of trash; cleans dish room and pot washing areas; other duties as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

Pantry Assistant

A/V Technician

Audio Visual Technician provides assistance to the Event Ministry Manager with set up, function and care of technical service equipment including sound systems, lighting systems, and video projection systems; assists Event Techs with room set up and tear down when needed. See Detailed Job Description

Event Technician

Event Technician provides superior conference-related services including cleaning and setting up conference rooms with furniture and equipment; set up and break down common areas as needed for snack breaks, vendor displays, and other special uses; various other custodial duties as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

General Maintenance

Housekeeper

Housekeeper provides daily cleaning of guest lodge rooms by making beds, vacuuming, dusting; cleans and restocks restrooms, removes trash, and polishes furniture; assists with washing, drying and folding laundry, as well as general lobby and bathroom cleaning as needed; other duties as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

KWC Attendant

KWC Attendant welcomes guests at the Kalbach Welcome Center, answers guests’ questions, provides direction; completes revenue transactions; maintains sign-up lists and distributes tickets for activities, other duties as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

Photographer

Photographer assists the Media Specialist in capturing guest family portraits; assists with photo booth; edits photos; other tasks as assigned. See Detailed Job Description 

Videographer

Videographer takes video, edits and creates a weekly take home video of memories for each family during Summer Together Family Camp, as well as providing video clips for social media. Also creates a Marsh Day Camp video; other tasks as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

ClubCove Coordinator

ClubCove Coordinator provides onsite leadership to ClubCove staff; communicates, models & trains staff in guest interactions, keeps staff accountable and assists in implementing daily schedule; provides and maintains an organized, clean and safe environment; other duties, as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

CrossWalk Coordinator

CrossWalk Leader

CrossWalk Leader impacts the middle school and senior high guests at Family Camp by serving as a role model and facilitator of program activities; build relationships with kids (ages 12-18) and parents through conversation and interactions; encourage students in their relationships with God; prepare and lead events, lessons and games for two sessions daily; other duties as assigned. See Detailed Job Description

ClubCove Team Member

Marsh Counselor

Marsh Counselor is a primary caregiver for campers and provides instruction, supervision and encouragement in a Christ-centered fashion; from activities to creative adventures, Bible teaching to unique games, Counselors help campers to have a blast and grow in their relationship with Christ. See Detailed Job Description

Marsh Activities Specialist

Worship Leader

Worship Leader uses his/her skills a musician/vocalist to lead guests in worship during morning and evening program sessions, leads worship band rehearsals, prepares music and leads songs; other duties as assigned. See Detailed Job Description
