We offer 150 guest rooms and suites all located on the three floors of our main conference center facility. There are seven different room types in the Chesapeake Lodge, providing space for up to 600 overnight guests. There is also free WiFi for all to enjoy.
Most of our rooms have a queen bed and two twin beds for accommodating three people in their own sleeping space. Each room can also have either a cot or a pack-n-play-style crib, which allows for an extra guest in each room. Cots and cribs are available on a first come, first served basis at no additional charge.

This master suite is a 570 square foot, two-room suite with a corner view of the bay. There is a king bed and a comfortable chair in the private bedroom, plus a queen sleeper, desk with chair and another chair in the spacious front room. The suite can comfortably sleep four guests, with a maximum occupancy of five guests per room.
Between the two rooms is the bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, a jetted-style bath tub, and a double sink. The suite also has a small refrigerator and microwave.

Between the two rooms is the full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink, along with a small refrigerator and microwave. There are three deluxe suites (570 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge.
Please note: Deluxe Suite 349 includes a king bed and side chair in a private bedroom, plus a queen sleeper and two comfy side chairs in the spacious front room. Deluxe Suite 149 includes a king bed and side chair in a private bedroom, plus a queen sleeper, desk with chair and another comfy chair in the spacious front room. The full bathroom includes a double sink.
The center parlors are uniquely shaped rooms that can almost be considered one-room suites. This room type has one king bed, a recliner, desk and a cozy reading area with two side chairs. The center parlors can comfortably sleep two guests with a maximum occupancy of three guests per room.
It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and 2 sinks.
There are four center parlors (530 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge.
The standard suite is a favorite accommodation since it has two separate rooms. There is one queen bed with a 3-inch memory foam topper in a private bedroom, plus two love seat sleepers and a desk and chair in the front room. The suite can comfortably sleep four guests with a maximum occupancy of five guests per room.
Between the two rooms is the full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
There are 14 standard suites (360 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge.
Please note: Standard Suites on the third floor and first floor Bay Wing include one queen bed in a private bedroom, plus two extra-long twin beds and two side chairs in the front room. The full bathroom includes a double sink.
The Family Deluxe room is our largest occupancy guest room to accommodate larger families or groups that may want to put five to seven guests in each room.
Half of the family rooms have one queen bed, two extra-long twin beds, two love seat sleepers, table and chairs. The three beds have 3-inch memory foam toppers. The room can comfortably sleep six guests with a maximum occupancy of seven guests per room.
The other half of the family rooms on the third floor and first floor Bay Wing have one queen bed and three extra-long twin beds with a side chair. Maximum occupancy is 6 by adding one cot.
All family rooms have a full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. This room features a second sink which is located outside the bathroom.
There are 25 Family Deluxe rooms (400 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge.
The handicap accessible rooms meet ADA standards, which include a wider bathroom doorway to accommodate a wheelchair, a higher toilet, a large walk in/roll in shower with chair, and support rails throughout the bathroom. No carpet on the floor allows for easier wheelchair mobility.
This room type has one queen bed, one extra-long twin bed and a lounge chair recliner. This room can comfortably sleep 2 or 3 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room.
Each handicap accessible room connects to an adjoining Standard Deluxe room in order to accommodate a caregiver or the need to have someone close.
There is a total of three handicap accessible rooms (300 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge.
Our most popular guest room is the Standard Deluxe room. This room type has one queen bed, two extra-long twin beds with 3-inch memory foam toppers on all beds, a table and chairs. This room can comfortably sleep four guests with a maximum occupancy of five guests.
It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
There is a total of one-hundred standard deluxe rooms (300 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge.
Please note: Standard Deluxe Rooms on the third floor and first floor Bay Wing include one queen bed and two extra-long twin beds and a side chair. Standard Deluxe Rooms on the first floor Bay Wing bay view have a king bed instead of the queen. The full bathroom includes a double sink.
Maximum occupancy per room is dictated by fire code regulations. Because we respect the law and care deeply about your safety, we will not make exceptions. Since there are no TVs in our guest rooms, please feel free to visit the TV Room off the front lobby.
Amenities include bed and bath linens, soap and shampoo, iron and ironing board, independent temperature control and a telephone.
Daily modified housekeeping service includes emptying trash, replenishing consumables (cups, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, ice bags), fresh bath linens and spot vacuum.
