    RESTORE: Experiencing Freedom from Food Strongholds gives us an opportunity to remove strongholds, heal hurts, and respond to the person God wants us to be.

    Vulnerability is hard when we are struggling with a stronghold. We can also have fears that we will be judged for the the choices we have made (and even that number on the scale!).

    Introducing a SAFE NON-JUDGMENT ZONE!
    At Restore, there will be Christ-centered teaching and no judgment so put your fears to rest!

    Small Groups

    As part of the program Restore will assign you to a small group in advance. This information will be noted on the outside of your registration packet provided at check-in.

    Early Bird Stretch & Flexibility | Monday, 7:15 am

    We invite you to start your day with a 30-minute gentle stretch and flexibility routine. You will be led through flexibility moves to improve the blood flow throughout the body, gently stretching your muscles. Bring an exercise mat or a large towel from your room as we encourage everyone to lay down on the floor for the best possible stretch.
