Born into a musical family, Ashley (Carbaugh) Santiago has been singing since her car seat. Singing in and directing choirs, performing solos and leading worship have come so naturally that it is remarkable. Even before high school, she was leading city kids in song for her NYC church's VBS. While pursuing her Biblical and Theological Studies major at Wheaton College (2005), she was regularly asked to perform as a soloist and with worship teams for their chapel. She even put together a Gospel choir at a Bible institute in Argentina. Ashley has studied piano, traveled internationally with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Singers, and has lost count of how many weddings she has sung at.
Ashley was a founding faculty member of Inwood Academy in upper Manhattan, NY and taught math in grades five through eight before advancing to her current position as Assistant Principal of STEM, Middle School.
