The Bible tells us in Mark 12:30-31 that True Wellness comes from loving God the way He created you, body, soul, mind and spirit. It is not an extreme diet or exercise plan. It is the power of Christ to ignite transformative change in your life, which includes your physical health.
Hope for Me Women's Wellness Weekend – it's your time for change!
Modifications for every fitness level – All Movement sessions will include modifications for every fitness level. Most will include a seated chair option. The seated option is ideal for those with temporary injuries, weight challenges, orthopedic and balance issues, and other medical conditions.
Longevity F360 – Balance and Stability Training - Functional exercise suited for all fitness levels, and includes strength training, coordination and balance exercises, and flexibility training.
Small Group Team Challenge Scavenger Hunt – Join in this fun, safe but challenging scavenger hunt because movement can occur in creative ways! We will divide into groups (assigned or form your own). Then let us head outside where you and your new friends will have some fun finding the items on our “Scavenger Hunt List.” The first team back, with all items found, wins a prize. All teams that find at least eight items on the list get an “All In” wristband. One-hour time limit. Start/end locations to be announced. Moved indoors if inclement weather.
Time with a Trainer – Proper form is incredibly important for safe and effective exercise. Ask yourself: Do I need help, or a check-up with my weight lifting or basic movement form? Is my squat okay? Your certified Body & Soul® Instructors will answer your questions and provide the help you need.
Stretching with Pilates – Gentle stretching and strength to prepare your mind and body for a night of sacred rest — all to beautiful music. Bring your mat or large bath towel.
