Modifications for every fitness level - All movement sessions will include modifications for every fitness level. Most will include a seated chair option. The seated option is ideal for those with temporary injuries, weight challenges, orthopedic and balance issues, and other medical conditions.
Longevity F360 - Balance and Stability Training - Functional exercise suited for all fitness levels, and includes strength training, coordination and balance exercises, and flexibility training.
Dance Blast – Low-impact cardio workout. Think you can't dance? Oh yes, you can -- with simple steps and fun, uplifting music!
Time with a Trainer - Proper form is incredibly important for safe and effective exercise. Ask yourself: Do I need help or a check-up with my weight lifting or basic movement form? Is my squat okay? Your certified Body & Soul® Instructors will answer your questions and provide the help you need.
Pilates Wind Down – Mat or chair workout with stretching and Pilates: Gentle stretching and strength to prepare your mind and body for a night of sacred rest - all set to beautiful music. Bring your mat or a large bath towel.
