    In this case, a picture is worth at least 873 words... Below is a chart of basic rates. You will notice that under 4 years old is free, first timers get half off, and that 4 people is the Max that returning families pay for. I know, right??     Family Camp 2020 Rates

    *Family max pricing-almost too good to be true! 4 is the most you pay for-we'll even provide a second room if you don't fit in just one. If you claim them on your taxes, they count toward family maxes!

    Add a 2nd room for convenience: $375 per week | Standard suite upgrade: $300 per week | Deluxe suite upgrade: $400 per week | Master suite upgrade: $500 per week | Bay view upgrade: $100 per week per room

    Bring your tent or RV and camp for the week! Don't have one of those? We do have log or very rustic cabins that might work for you. The only meal that is included is Thursday night dinner. More about Camping.

    Here's the pricing...
    • Tent Campsites: $165 per person | $660 family max | $165 for non family members
    • RV Campsites: $205 per person | $820 family max | $205 for non family members
    • Rustic Cabins: $1040 family max (minimum 4 people) | $260 for non family members
    • Log Cabins: $2060 family max (minimum 4 people) | $515 for non family members

    Summer Family Camp

    • Pay in full at time of reservation OR pay $100 deposit, then equal monthly payments on the 1st or 15th of each month until May 15 or June 1.
    • Reservations made during April: pay 1/3 at time of reservation; pay 1/3 May 1; pay final 1/3 June 1.
    • Reservations made during May: pay 1/2 at time of reservation; pay final 1/2 June 1.
    • Reservations made on/after June 1 must be paid in full at time of reservation.

    Current Sandy Cove Cancellation Policy:

    The Board of Directors has determined that we must suspend our usual cancellation policy during this season of prioritizing Sandy Cove’s sustainability. That means that should you need to cancel between now and your event, or if we need to cancel due to guidance from the government, instead of refunding your money we would provide credit toward a future stay.
