Dear Friends,
At Sandy Cove, we witness countless stories of God’s work in the midst of life’s challenges. This year, Tiffany’s story stands out — a reminder of the refuge and renewal that happens here, away from the noise and demands of everyday life.
As we approach year-end, we’re inviting friends like you to help raise $150,000 by December 31st to strengthen Sandy Cove through our Family Foundations Fund—ensuring this ministry remains a place where hearts are restored, and lives are changed.
“I’m a local government leader in a major city, and it was an incredibly stressful summer; we were facing
a storm that was difficult, and we were in constant crisis mode. During this particular stretch,
I was putting in 12 to 15 hours a day, and I was 15 days in. I felt God tugging at my heart to leave work
at a reasonable time, calling me to the water. I just needed to see the sunset at Sandy Cove;
I needed to commune with the Lord.
Even with last-minute meetings and heavy traffic, I made it. I parked at the lodge and walked to the water.
Tears began to run down my face as the song'Lord of All Creation' welled up in my soul. In that moment, God
helped me put it all in perspective. Watching the sunset was a holy moment, a break from the chaos.
Sandy Cove has always been a place of refuge — time away from the noise and busyness of life to commune with God.
But in that moment, it became clear: I could not hear Him in the city.
God pulled me out of the heaviness to remind me who He is."
Stories like Tiffany’s are only possible because friends like you choose to come alongside us. Gifts to our Family Foundations Fund make it possible to care for and strengthen this ministry—ensuring Sandy Cove remains a welcoming haven where guests can step away from life’s pressures and encounter God in life-changing ways.
As we finish this year, we’re asking friends like you to help keep this ministry strong. Your generosity creates opportunities for people to encounter God in meaningful ways. Thank you for being part of our story.
Blessings,
