He also serves as senior and founding pastor of Messiah Community Church in Owings Mills, MD, a church dedicated to developing a culture where families of any size, with any challenges, can become salt and light in a society of decaying family life. Rod’s passion is for developing strong male leadership to serve the family, the marketplace, the community, and the ministry. He’s committed to building dynamic marriages and families.
Rod works as a catalyst for personal transformation as a consultant to business executives and high-profile athletes, helping them address their private lives in the areas of marriage and family, career transitions, men’s issues, organizational leadership and spiritual growth.
