Unlike most hotels, we want to partner with you to help your group members connect with God and each other. From the time you first call, through the contract process, to arranging all the details until you arrive, during your retreat and as you wrap up to go home, we have staff who will come alongside and help!
We want to keep it super simple for you!
Our all-inclusive flat rate starts at $109 per person / per night! This means lodging, meals, available activities and meeting room are all covered under one price. For a week or weekend, we help your retreat or conference run smoothly! All of our guest rooms, dining facilities and the majority of our meeting space are all under one roof. A perfect retreat venue!
We offer retreats throughout the year for men, women, couples and families that your group is more than welcome to participate in! These weekends are completely programmed – speaker, worship leader and lots of activities. Your group can sit together, eat together, play together – plenty of time to connect with God and each other!

Need transportation for your group?
Why not hold your retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains? Additional retreat accommodations are available at Camp Sandy Cove, our summer camp facility in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Winchester, Virginia. Specializing in youth retreats, Camp Sandy Cove offers rustic but comfortable dormitory style accommodations, as well as a limited number of semi-private rooms, available for group rental from May through mid-June and mid-August through September. The facilities include two outdoor pools, a challenge course (with a zip line that takes you zooming over our lake), full meal plans, a large dining hall, meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 10 to 400 people, a lake for canoeing, fishing and much more!
