    1:30 - Bring Body & Soul Fitness and FP4H to your Church
    2:30 - Intro to becoming a Body & Soul Fitness Instructor
    5:30 - Dinner
    7:00 - Session 3: Worship and Message "STRONG TO THE CORE"
    8:00 - Core & Flexibility with Pilates Workout
    9:00  - Evening Snack & Fellowship, Personal Processing Time, Sports Pool/Hot Tub

    7:00 am - Exercise Options: Fit 360 Workout or Brisk Walk
    7:30 - Breakfast
    9:30 - Check Out
    9:45 - Session 4: Worship and Message "STRENGTH REQUIRES EFFORT"
    (A love offering for Sandy Cove will be taken at this session)
