We invite  you to enjoy a unique RV camping experience in the beautiful Maryland woodlands at Sandy Cove, nestled by the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay!

When you camp with your RV at the Pioneer Campground and RV Park you will find a family-friendly camping atmosphere, and a chance to connect with God and others in the beauty of His creation! 

Within walking distance of Sandy Cove’s main conference center, the Pioneer Campground and RV Park offers three types of lodging (RV campsites, rustic cabins, log cabins), coin-op laundry facilities, as well as a swimming pool, mini golf course, small playground, picnic grove and a centrally located bathhouse with free restroom and hot shower facilities. The camp store carries basic groceries, ice and ice cream novelties. 

Choose from 2- or 3-point hookups (30 amp) which all accommodate RVs, trailers and motor homes (no tents). All sites have fire rings and picnic tables. A dump station is available for use. Maximum occupancy: 8 people per site. A two-night minimum stay is required. 

The Pioneer Campground and RV Park is one of two campgrounds that The Campgrounds at Sandy Cove offer. The other is the Wilderness Campground – home to all seasonal campers, with just a few campsites for “short term” campers.
