Rates
Weekend package rates include a two-night stay in deluxe accommodations, six meals, use of complimentary conference room and use of the grounds and available recreational facilities. Minimum group size is at least ten rooms and thirty guests.
Weekend rates are published and vary by the month of your arrival. Midweek rates are lower and may be discussed with your group sales representative. Additional costs may include conference room rental, technical services, snack receptions, and other special services.

May a contract be revised?
Once a contract is processed and sent to you, there is typically a three week review time in which you can make any changes prior to signing it and returning the contract with your 10% deposit. Any revisions or reductions need to be made prior to signing and returning the contract.
How can a contract be cancelled?
Cancellation or reduction of a contract is possible only if Sandy Cove Ministries is able to arrange a replacement group generating equal income. If a replacement group is arranged, then all but the initial deposit will be refunded.
