Business Center/Wireless Access
The Business CenterThe business center is conveniently located on the first floor near the front desk and its use is free for all lodge and campground guests and available 24 hours a day. The business center has four workstations all connected to a high speed T1 line, enabling high speed internet access. It is also a wireless access point so you can connect with your own wireless equipped laptop.

Additional wireless access points are located in the foyer area on each floor, the third floor cafe area by the Kalbach Welcome Center and in the Palmer Auditorium. Thank you for understanding that the IT Department of Sandy Cove is unable to set up guests’ personal equipment due to certain liability issues. However, as long as your equipment is properly configured you should have no problem connecting to our network.

Dining Room
Sandy Cove Ministries does not have a restaurant or room service. We have a dining room that may have meals available, although availability is not guaranteed (unless stated in your package). Please inquire about meals when you check in.

Standard Deluxe Room

Standard Deluxe RoomOne queen-size bed, two twin-size beds (extra long), table with two chairs, and full bath. Sleeps four; can accommodate one crib or cot.





Handicap Access Room

Handicap Access RoomDoorways to accommodate a wheelchair, queen-size bed with two twin-size sofa beds, desk with chair, arm chair, walk-in shower with chair/rails. Each Handicap Access room connects to a standard deluxe room (sold separately). Sleeps four; one optional stowaway bed available. Number of rooms available: 3.



Family Deluxe Room

Family Deluxe RoomOne queen-size bed, two twin-size beds (extra long), two twin-size sofa beds, table with two chairs, full bath, and double sink. Sleeps six; one optional stowaway bed available.


Center Parlor

Bunk Houses

Bunk House2 Buildings just a short walk up the hill from the Main Lodge. Each Bunk House has bunk beds to accommodate 20 people, plus a twin bed for a chaperone, with lots of floor space. Enclosed bathrooms with stand-up showers. Perfect for a youth retreat. Unheated - available for group use May-early June, and late August-September.

Is there any place else I can hold my event?
Camp Sandy CoveWhy not hold your retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains? Additional retreat accommodations are available at our summer camp facility in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia. Specializing in youth retreats, Camp Sandy Cove offers rustic but comfortable dormitory style accommodations, as well as a limited number of semi-private rooms, available for group rental from mid-April through mid-June and late August through mid-October. Our facilities include two outdoor pools, a challenge course (with a zip line that takes you zooming over our lake), full meal plans, a large dining hall, meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 10 to 400 people, a lake for canoeing, fishing and more.
