“…the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.” I Corinthians 3:5-9
As we head into our twelfth summer, we recognize that we have a tremendous opportunity to share Jesus Christ and the hope of salvation with an entire community of children who are growing up in a very uncertain, sometimes scary world. These are boys and girls who may not understand words like “recession” and “unemployment,” but they know that there is less to go around these days than ever before.
This summer, as our staff of young people arrive and prepare to dig deep, get their hands dirty and plant “seeds of faith” in the hearts of the children who will attend The Marsh, I am asking that you would help us provide the “water” that God will use to make these seedlings grow and bloom as a testament to what God can do!
Would you consider giving a gift of financial aid to The Marsh Day Camp Scholarship Fund so that we can reach out to children in need this summer? If we are able to raise just $2,000, we will be able to help provide a summer camp experience for 20 children. Your gift of $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can give, would allow these very special children the chance to spend a week of their summer developing new skills, shaping their character and creating happy memories and that will last a lifetime. More importantly, it will allow these children the opportunity to meet Jesus and have an experience that will last for eternity.
Thanks for watering!

“Being the director of the Marsh is the best job ever! Why? I get to spend my summer making kids happy. What could be better than that?”
