Is your youth group looking for ways to move students from consumers to servants? Sandy Cove may be able to help!
Youth groups and Christian schools have joined forces with Sandy Cove to teach service outside ourselves while meeting very practical needs at Sandy Cove. Young people from schools and churches such as Elkton Christian Academy and Solid Rock Youth Group have put Christian service into practice by moving beds, scrubbing pool chairs, raking leaves, etc. Come for a day – or a week!

Camp Sandy Cove is a camp for boys and girls ages 7 to 15, in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. Children stay in bunkhouses/cabins and are grouped by age for a fun-filled week of Christ-centered programs and fun in the craft shop, horse stables, archery, skate park, two swimming pools plus indoor and outdoor sports courts. Offering a variety of fun daily activities and plenty of pool time, The Marsh is our day camp for kids 6 to 14 years old. Reaching out to the local community, The Marsh introduces new experiences to young people – rock climbing, canoeing, outdoor cooking and archery – as well as introducing them to God through Bible study and chapels.ClubCove Adventure
Kids of all ages – infants through pre-teens – love ClubCove! While adults have the opportunity to attend seminars and worship services during the Summer Together Program, ClubCove takes over. Each club participates in age-appropriate activities from stroller and wagon rides, to scavenger hunts and boat rides, to swimming and wall climbing. Bible lessons are geared for age and spiritual maturity levels as well – from teaching the basics of God’s Word to deepening the faith and commitment of lives dedicated to Jesus. ClubCove is included in the price of your stay at the Chesapeake Lodge or the Campgrounds. Day guests or guests staying in one of the campgrounds may purchase ClubCove passes for their children.CrossWalk for Teens
This high energy program has been designed to meet the needs of today’s youth:- Intentional Bible study designed to help you grow as a disciple of Christ – separate junior and senior high studies
- Evening rally in the chapel with all youth together including contemporary worship and motivational speakers
- Summer ministry teams from Christian colleges across the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions doing drama, music and more
- Special activities planned especially for the discriminating teenager
