Dear Sisters and Friends,

Thanks for stopping by to see the Sandy Cove Women’s Programs we have on our calendar. I know you have many choices on how you can invest your time—aren’t we blessed!? I also know that some of the changes you are experiencing in your life are challenging! The economy continues to be uncertain for many, leadership in our
country doesn’t always reflect our personal values, and our culture continues to make it more difficult than ever to live out our Faith. Is there any place we can go to find sanctuary amidst the chaos? I’m so glad you asked!! Sandy Cove is still here as a haven for you — a place where you can connect with God and others in a serene setting perfect for re-examining your spiritual compass. In case you’ve lost your way, wandered off the path briefly, or just need a rest, the "compass" will always point to Jesus Christ. He’s here, by the way! You’ll see evidence of Him in our staff, other guests, in His Word and in the beauty of His creation. We hope you'll experience Sandy Cove as an anchor place for you to come to remind yourself of who you are, why you're here, and where you're going.

Candy has been Sandy Cove's Women’s Ministry Coordinator since 1994. She has a music degree from Wheaton College, accounting credentials earned at Messiah College, and her husband, Greg, has given her over 36 years of valuable experience in spirited matrimony and the power of prayer!

They have two sons and a daughter-in-law, a granddaughter, Elliot, twin grandsons, Levi & Ezra, and Baby Joel. Candy serves as hostess for Sandy Cove women’s events and occasionally speaks and sings for women’s gatherings.

It is so important to take care of ourselves, to be healthy – physically, emotionally and spiritually! We’ve invited in the experts to guide us through a plan for healthy living including exercises, healthy food choices and Bible based teaching.
A week-long event, Wellness Week, is offered for both men and women with a NEW in 2013 Fun & Fitness for Life Weekend just for women.
