Thanks for stopping by to see the Sandy Cove Women’s Programs we have on our calendar. I know you have lots of choices for how you can invest your time—aren’t we blessed!? I also know that some of the changes you are experiencing in your life are challenging! We look around and things in our world look different than last year—even gloomy at times. Yet there are voices in our country calling for and promising change! Unemployment is up; the stock market is down—no wonder life can seem like a roller coaster, never knowing quite what to expect next! Is there any place we can go to find sanctuary amidst the chaos? I’m so glad you asked!! Sandy Cove is still here as a haven for you — a place where you can connect with God and others in a serene setting perfect for re-examining your spiritual compass. In case you’ve lost your way, wandered off the path briefly, or just need a rest, the "compass" will always point to Jesus Christ. He’s here, by the way! You’ll see evidence of Him in our staff, other guests, in His Word and in the beauty of His creation. We hope you’ll experience Sandy Cove as an anchor place for you to come remind yourself of who you are, why you’re here, and where you’re going.
We have again expanded opportunities for women to stay overnight at Sandy Cove in 2009. As you peruse our web pages you will notice a variety of ways to encounter a Sandy Cove experience. New this year include Women Digging Deeper Weekend in February, Military Wives Weekend in July, and Reflection for His Glory: Mini Sabbaticals for Women in Ministry at various times throughout the year. Keep watching this website as details become available. We pray that long-time friends of Sandy Cove as well as new friends will continue to make their personal spiritual lives a priority and allow us to minister to your hearts, minds and bodies at Sandy Cove.
