“The Lord was not in the wind… not in the earthquake… not in the fire… but in a still small voice.”
I Kings 19:11, 12
The prophet Elijah was a believer, called of God, living out God’s purpose for him in the darkest of days!
We, too, are those called of God, called to shine His light in our own world of growing darkness.
Come and discover or rediscover the abundant joy, hope and excitement of living for Christ in these last days!

| Sessions |
Session I - The Secret of True Prayer
“Elijah… prayed earnestly that it might not rain; and it rained not…”
James 5:17
We often do not grasp the realities of a powerful prayer life. Elijah’s life will reveal a huge secret to us, a secret that will transform our own ability to pray with faith, believing. Often we find ourselves in the midst of a serious crisis. Our world seems to be collapsing and we question what God is doing… or even where He is. Yet He supplies, in the midst of the crisis. Elijah’s experience encourages us!
Session II - The Test of Faith in the Midst of Sparseness
“I have not a cake… only a handful of meal… a little oil… and two sticks… that we may eat… and die.” I Kings 17:12
Elijah’s response to a widow’s lack of faith was, “Fear not…” He had experienced God’s faithfulness in his own life. As a result, he was used of the Lord to demonstrate God’s miraculous means of provision in the face of extreme lack. Elijah’s words to the widow are God’s words to us, “Fear not…”
Session III - The Power of God on the Mountain Top
“Then the fire of the Lord fell… when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces, and they said, The Lord, he is God…” I Kings 18:39
There are moments in our lives when we have seen God’s amazing display of grace. With Him, nothing is impossible! Elijah witnesses the victory of the Lord over the pagan god, Baal. And the God of heaven and earth, the Lord God of Israel is glorified. Elijah sees God’s faithfulness as his prayers are answered. We, too, can learn to live in the expectation of His promises.
Session IV - The Heavenly Chariot Arrives
“…behold, there appeared a chariot of fire… and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.” II Kings 1:11
Elijah lived through additional faith challenges before the chariot came to lift him off this earth. We, too, have our seasons of sparseness even after some mountain tops of abundance. Yet we, too, are expecting to be escorted into the presence of the Lord Himself. Our journey here is short-lived compared with the abundance of eternity in His Kingdom.
