Acknowledgment of Risk, Waiver, and Release of Liability Agreement
This waiver must be completed and signed for each individual who wishes to participate in the following activities at Sandy Cove: Rock Climbing Wall, High Ropes Course Elements, Zip Line and Giant Swing. Please bring the completed form with you.
You must be at least 8 years of age to climb the wall, and at least 12 years old to participate in the Zip Line and High Ropes Course. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for those under 18. More than one child? You may list all your children's names on one form.
