Summer Together is just that! It’s a summer vacation experience that brings people together. Moms and dads, kids and grandkids, uncles and cousins and brothers and friends… We come together, to be together, grow together and stay together. We have fun together and practice community together, and as we connect with God and each other here, He changes us!
And guess what? (In my best Forrest Gump voice…)
Summer Together at Sandy Cove is like a Kaleidoscope!
You know what I’m talking about right? The tube that you look through? The one in our toy box growing up was red, and had colored plastic beads and maybe a paper clip in it – pretty ordinary stuff. But when you looked through the tube at the light, and twisted the end a little, you saw amazing shapes and designs, forming and changing.
And sure enough – that’s Summer Together! It’s Bible teaching and swimming, and food, and music, and conversation and rest and laughter all rolling around this tube called Sandy Cove, and the images, designs, and memories created are spectacular!
