Conference Rooms
Sandy Cove's conference rooms can accommodate groups from 5 to 1000 for many different purposes including concerts, conferences, and corporate meetings. Rooms may be set up in the following styles: theater, classroom, conference, hollow square, U-shaped, semi-circle, circle, chevron, reception or banquet. Descriptions of available rooms follow. Palmer Auditorium

Palmer Auditorium is located across the courtyard from Chesapeake Lodge and accommodates 1000 theater style. The stage is 21 feet deep by 56 feet wide. This building can also be used as an activity center featuring basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall, billiards, ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey. Includes one courtesy wired mic with stand, baby grand piano, organ, electric screen, lectern, and appropriate number of chairs.
Chesapeake Auditorium

Located on the third floor of Chesapeake Lodge, beautiful Chesapeake Auditorium is Sandy Cove's premier conference room featuring a 12x24 hardwood stage and accommodates 550 theater style.
Includes one courtesy wired mic with stand, grand piano, organ, electric screen, lectern, and appropriate number of chairs.
Chapel

Sandy Cove's original chapel, built in 1948, is located just outside the Kalbach Welcome Center and accommodates 180 theater style. Includes pulpit, clavinova, one courtesy wired mic with stand and appropriate number of chairs.

Andrew's Lounge

Driftwood

Located just outside of Palmer Auditorium, across the courtyard from Chesapeake Lodge. This is a perfect location for groups desiring a little extra privacy. Driftwood is pleasantly informal with rugs on the floor, includes lectern, 1 8-ft skirted table, and appropriate number of comfortable cushioned chairs.
Dining Room

The dining room seats a maximum of 548 people and includes one courtesy wired mic with stand, and appropriate number of place settings.
Club Cove
Varied room sizes8 smaller meeting rooms, great for breakout rooms, most have own bathroom. Located on the second floor of the main lodge, under the dining room. Includes appropriate number of chairs.
